The registration fee includes attendance at all sessions, congress materials, lunches, and refreshments during breaks on congress days, as well as the Welcome Reception.
Participants whose habitual residence is in low- and middle-income countries are eligible for a reduced registration fee.

Student Registrations
The student fee applies for all students enrolled in a recognized academic institution. To register students must be able to provide Student ID or similar documentation. PhD-students/PhD-candidates preparing for their PhD-degree are allowed to register as “Students”.
Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will be held at the venue on 13 April. Pre-registration is mandatory if you want to attend. The Welcome Reception includes canapes and refreshments.
Congress Gala Dinner
The Congress Gala Dinner will take place on the evening of 14 April 2027 at the Gleneagle Arena, Killarney.
This special evening offers an opportunity to network with colleagues and enjoy a memorable social event.
Tickets are available for €170 per person and can be purchased during the online registration process. Pre-registration is required. Accompanying persons are welcome to attend and may purchase a dinner ticket at the same rate.

Visa Requirements

Terms and Conditions:
- Registration fees include Congress attendance from 13-15 April, 2027.
- Payments are accepted by VISA/Mastercard or via Bank Transfer/EFT. When paying by Electronic Funds Transfer please email bank proof of payment together with delegate name/s to the registration office at ems2027@advantagegroup.ie once the payment has been made.
- From 1 March 2027 all payments must be by VISA/Mastercard.
- Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process, paid in full and received a confirmation by email.
- Please note that the registration fees do not include travel expenses or hotel accommodation unless you have specifically booked this as part of the registration process.
- Online registration closes at 12 noon (Irish time) on Monday 5 April, 2027 after which onsite registration applies.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation or substitution requests must be submitted by email to ems2027@advantagegroup.ie
- Registration is binding and no refunds will be issued.
- If you are unable to attend the congress, your registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation within the same registration category. A €25 administration fee will apply for each name change.

By registering for the Congress you are giving your consent for members of the EMS Europe, Gleneagle Arena (Venue) and Advantage Group (our Professional Congress Organisers) to contact you about any aspect of the Congress by e-mail or by telephone. You are also consenting to receive email marketing communications about the Congress and post Congress associated industry material.
Video and Photography Consent:
Please be advised that filming and/or photography will be taking place at the Congress. By registering for the Congress you are giving your consent for the photographer, the EMS Europe, Gleneagle Arena (Venue) and Advantage Group to take the images and to use them throughout the world in all and any media, including, without limitation, in printed publications, presentations, promotional material or online, in their original format or edited.
