Delegates are strongly encouraged to look at arriving into Cork, Kerry or Shannon Airports as they are much shorter transfer times than from Dublin Airport.

U.S. Preclearance in Ireland allows you to complete all U.S. immigration, customs, and agriculture inspections before you board your flight at Dublin Airport or Shannon Airport.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

To make your journey to and from Killarney as seamless as possible, dedicated group shuttle transfers will be operated by our transport partner, Kerry Coaches, between the conference and Ireland's four main airports.


Group shuttle airport transfers will be available to purchase at fixed times on Monday, 12 April and Tuesday, 13 April 2027 from Irish airports to Killarney, and on Thursday, 15 April and Friday, 16 April 2027 from Killarney to Irish airports.

  • Cork Airport (ORK) - 1.5 hours
  • Kerry Airport (KIR) - 30 minutes
  • Dublin Airport (DUB) - 4.25 hours (including comfort break)
  • Shannon Airport (SNN) - 2.25 hours
